100 mg/5 mL 10 kg (22 lb) = 1 tsp (5 mL)/day × 1 day, then ½ tsp (2.5 mL) daily for days 2-5.
200 mg/5 mL 20 kg (44 lb) = 1 tsp (5 mL)/day × 1 day, then ½ tsp (2.5 mL) daily for days 2-5. 30 kg (66 lb) = 1.5 tsp/day × 1 day, then ¾ tsp daily for days 2-5.
Adult: Dispense one Z-Pak.

Food: Oral suspension should be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after food. Tablets may be taken without regard to food.
