Lotion 1%: (30 mL, 60 mL)

(30-60 mL should be sufficient quantity for child ≥6 years to Adult for one application).

Shampoo 1%: (30 mL, 60 mL)

 

Shampoo (pediculosis):

Children and Adults: Apply 15-30 mL to dry hair and work in well. Allow to remain on hair for 4 minutes, then apply water and lather and rinse thoroughly. Avoid contact with eye(s) and other mucous membranes. Comb hair with fine-toothed nit comb to remove nits. Repeat in 7 days only if lice or nits are still seen.

 

Lotion (scabies):

Children and Adult: Apply a thin layer and massage well into skin from chin line to toes (head to toe in infants). Wash off after 6 hours (infant), 6-8 hours (child), 8-12 hours (adult). Do not repeat sooner than 1 week and only if live mites are seen.

 

Important side effects: Nausea, vomiting, headache, and seizure may be signs of excessive absorption. Contact health care provider immediately.

 

Caution: Do not apply after bathing or apply to extensive areas of dermatitis or to acutely inflamed, raw, or weeping skin. Use with caution in persons with history of seizure disorder, especially infants or young children. Do not use in pregnant or lactating women. Avoid contact with eye(s), face, mucous membranes, and urethra. Cover hands of infants to avoid ingestion.
