Polymyxin B + trimethoprim Polytrim^® Pregnancy: C; Lactation: Unk Ophthalmic solution

Children ≥2 months to Adult: Instill 1 drop in the effects eye(s) every 3 hours (max 6 drops/eye(s)/day). Important side effects: Redness, burning, stinging, itching.
