Vaginal Products:

Suppository: 100 mg (7’s), 200 mg (3’s)

Cream with applicator 2%: 45 g

 

 

Adolescent and Adult:

1 applicator vaginally QHS × 7 days or 100-mg vaginal suppository QHS × 7 days or 200-mg vaginal suppository QHS × 3 days.

 

Remain lying down for 30 minutes after application. Avoid intercourse during therapy. Do not use tampons until therapy is complete. Cream or vaginal suppositories may weaken latex condoms and diaphragms. Avoid use during first trimester of pregnancy.

 

 

Clotrimazole

Nystatin Vaginal Tablet

May be less effective than topical azoles.
